1. Scope of application
Unless otherwise agreed, these terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of SoccerZoom ApS’ (hereafter: the seller) services to consumers.

3. Submission of an order
Placing an order on www.soccerzoom.com does not imply a binding agreement between the seller and the consumer. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order if circumstances give occasion to it.
The consumer’s receipt of a confirmation of order from the seller means that a binding agreement has been entered into between the seller and the consumer.
4. Obligations
The seller’s and the consumer’s performances depend on the consumer’s order and, for that reason, defined in the seller’s submitted order confirmation. The seller’s primary obligation is to deliver in accordance with the order confirmation, and the consumer’s main obligation is to perform the payment obligation in accordance with same order confirmation, including in accordance with any subscription agreement.
5. Subscription agreement
When purchasing a subscription agreement, the consumer accepts that the seller is entitled, in accordance with the subscription agreement, to continuously carry out transactions on the consumer’s payment card.
The consumer accepts that the seller is authorized to make a payment transaction once for each agreed payment period (monthly or yearly). The seller’s permission to carry our payment transactions lasts as long as the subscription agreement exists. Furthermore, the consumer accepts that each payment transaction is completed on the last business day before a new payment period begins.
The seller’s permission to make payment transactions relates only to the right to make payment transactions for the upcoming subscription period. In this way, additional payments can only be made on the basis of an approved agreement with the consumer.
Seller is obliged to per. e-mail to send a receipt to the consumer for each completed payment transaction. Errors in payment transactions, including expiration of payment cards, are automatically disclosed to the consumer.
The terms of the subscription agreement apply until the consumer or seller terminates. Termination can be made with one month’s notice terminating at the end of, at the time, current month. The consumer’s termination is made through the termination form at
www.soccerzoom.com. The seller’s termination is made by a written inquiry to the consumer per. mail.
Changes to the agreed subscription price can only be made by the seller and with one month’s written notice. The notification is sent to the consumer per. mail.
6. The consumer’s choice of service
The seller’s services depend on the consumer’s choices and entries on the website. For this reason, the seller takes reservation for the consumer’s error choices and entries. However, the consumer may at any time contact the seller regarding an error or an incorrect entry.
7. Delivery
The delivery takes places by giving the consumer access to the paid service on the seller’s digital coaching platform.
8. Prices and payments
All prices on the seller’s products are listed in Danish Kroner and include VAT.
The seller reserves the right to correct errors in the quoted prices and the right to change prices without prior consent.
Seller receives payment via credit card.
9. Right of withdrawal
The consumer agrees upon it has no rights to withdrawal from the purchasing of the product in accordance with the Danish act on consumer contracts (Forbrugeraftaleloven) § 18, stk. 2, nr. 13 cf. § 13, stk. 2.
10. Right of complaint
In accordance with section 83 of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the consumer has a 2-year right of complaint. Thus, the consumer has the opportunity, within a reasonable time, to notify the seller that the consumer wishes to claim an error or a defect in the seller’s product. A complaint may result in the consumer getting the money back or the product being repaired.

11. Reimbursement
If it is agreed between the seller and the consumer that the amount paid by the consumer must be reimbursed, the consumer is asked to provide his/her bank account details so that the amount can be refunded.
12. Delay
If there is a delay in delivery, the seller must inform the buyer without undue delay.
13. Process of personal data
The seller focuses on data protection and, therefore, complies with the data protection legislation. For this reason, the seller only collects and processes personal data which is necessary for the purpose of the company’s activity, including the delivery of an efficient and customized product to the seller’s customers.
The seller finds it necessary to collect, register and process personal data in order to provide its customized service.
The personal data collected will be name, address, age, football club, email address and payment information.
The seller does not store personal data for a longer time period than necessary compared to the purpose of the process. If a data subject wants to delete its account on the seller’s platform, the seller ensures that it deletes the data subjects personal information from its system, as it will no longer be necessary to store the information anymore.
Under the Data Protection Act, a data subject has the right to:
- request access to the information the seller is processing about you
- request that the seller amend or update your personal data where it is inaccurate or incomplete
- request that the seller delete your personal data
- in some cases, obtain restriction of the processing
- in some cases, object to the seller’s processing of your personal data
- complain to The Danish Data Protection Agency

14. Remedies
If the consumer wishes to complain about the seller’s services, the consumer can send a complaint to: Info@soccerzoom.com

If the consumer does not have a residence in Denmark, but another EU Member State, the consumer has the right to complain through the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution.

16. Changes
The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without consent.
17. Legislation and venue
For a consumer who normally reside in an EU Member State, the law of the Member State concerned shall apply to any claim, action or dispute you may have or against us arising out of or in connection with such terms, and You may have your claim settled by any competent court of the Member State having jurisdiction over the claim.
If the consumer is not an EU resident, you agree that the claim must be settled by a competent court in Denmark and that Danish law will regulate these terms and any requirements. Disputes would have to be settled by The City Court of Copenhagen.

3. Entering an agreement
All information at www.soccerzoom.com, advertisements and other material for use in marketing are provided by the seller without any legal obligation. Thus, the seller will not be obliged by the agreement before the time when the buyer receives an order confirmation from the seller. The order confirmation obliges the buyer unless the buyer immediately submits a written objection upon receipt of the order confirmation.

6. The seller’s offer
An offer made by the seller applies and binds the seller for 14 days from the date of the submission of the offer. The buyer is obliged to keep any offer confidential.
7. Prices
All prices on the seller’s products are listed in Danish Kroner and include VAT.
The seller reserves the right to correct errors in the quoted prices and the right to change prices without prior consent.
8. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the buyer and seller, payment must be made net in cash no later than 8 days from the invoice date. If the buyer fails to pay in accordance with an issued invoice, the seller has the right to charge interest on 12 % p.a. of the outstanding amount from the due date to pay.
The buyer is obliged to pay the face value of the invoice.
9. Delivery
The delivery takes places by giving the consumer access to the paid service on the seller’s digital coaching platform.
10. Delay
If there is a delay in delivery, the seller must inform the buyer without undue delay.
11. Right of withdrawal
The buyer only has the right to withdrawal if this is agreed in writing between the buyer and the seller.
12. Right of complaint
Complaints about defects and errors in the product must be sent pr. e-mail to the seller as soon as possible and no later than 8 days after delivery.
13. Seller’s right to perform corrections
In the event of any defects in the product, the seller has the right to correct these defects.
Costs associated with the correction will, as a rule, be borne by the seller. If it turns out that an error or a defect are wrongly invoked, the buyer will have to pay the attempt of correction coast to the seller for the correction attempt.
14. The buyer’s right to cancellation
The buyer is only entitled to cancel a purchase agreement after the seller’s written acceptance thereof. However, the seller is not required to accept the buyer’s cancellation request.
The buyer’s right to cancellation is also conditional on the buyer paying the seller’s accrued costs and losses due to the cancellation. In this connection, the seller determines the costs and the loss within reasonable amounts.
15. Force majeure
The seller and the buyer are not liable for failure to comply with the agreement if the non-fulfilment is due to events that are outside the seller’s and buyer’s reasonable control (force majeure).
16. Legislation and venue
The Danish legislation applies to these terms and conditions and the buyer’s contractual relationship with the seller. Any legal action against the seller regarding disputes in the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer shall be brought before The Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen.
